2016 Christmas Rock music recorded in a Phuket recording studio Thailand

A brand new 2016 Xmas rock-POP track has been written, created and then recorded in a Phuket recording studios in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ with the main aim of getting awareness and exposure for the Phuket island charity and Orphanage that Mark supports. The songs name is: I’m coming home for Christmas and the songs sound is a distinctive up-tempo rock n roll track. Mark wrote and partially studio recorded a demo music guide of ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ in late 2015 on Phuket island and has kept the demo guide since then awaiting the chance to record once again. In late August 2016 Mark began the studio recording process and used session players to studio record the tune over a six week period. The songs consists of 8 differant tracks and all session players were from the Philippines, including the female lead singer ‘Micah Javier’.
Although I’m coming home for Christmas was recorded on Phuket the mixing and mastering was done in the USA as a result of Mark wanted the very best outcome and quality. The track is now ready to be heard and downloaded by going to the ‘Tsunami Day’ web site.
The main purpose of recording I’m coming home for Xmas is to bring as many visits to the Tsunami Day website as we can and then ideally in-turn they’ll be good enough to donate to at least one or any of the Phuket island charities, and to also buy the song.
The other definitive goal is to be able enough downloads of the tune to help fund and set up a Phuket live music bar with open stage and recording studio / training room on Phuket, that’ll provide free classes and tuition to local underprivileged kids from the area’s colleges and orphanages. Currently ‘La QingTing’ is not currently open right now but the website is below. (QingTing means: Dragon Fly in Chinese if you’re wondering).
About: Mark set-up the Tsunami Day site to market his music Tsunami Day which was influenced from his own particular experiences while he was living in Patong back in 2004 once the Tsunami devistated Patong on boxing day.
