At school I provided first line support in terms of resolving DNS errors, general windows/IE errors and user queries in our open access centre.
I currently have a VPS employing a custom Linux Ubuntu iso view able having a vnc viewer on password is view-only. I’ve also enabled it with the ability via cli and systemfallback to generate custom iso spin because i have configured vmwareplayer on the machne allowing me to generate my own, personal virtual versions of Oses.
