For many years I went through difficult times and I became driven to determine why these things were happening in my experience.
This became among my life’s greatest challenges. I was so stuck in the victim mindset of why me, i almost overlooked Life lessons and tests which were being presented before me. Little did I realize, i what food was in preparation for my advancement. At that time it felt like I was moving into hell. The perception I had of my experience then was not great, I was far more concerned within the negative, filled with fear and searching for an individual or something to blame and assume responsibilty.
Eventually I discovered i was not on your own experiencing difficult times, there where many others experiencing tough experiences too. Although their experiences were a lttle bit dissimilar to mine, they were still being challenged for the core, this set it up comfort understanding that the hard journey was not only for me. Due to this understanding I began to provide myself permission to come out of the victim mindset that had me in the mental prison for quite some time. The thing is people have to endure some difficult times at different periods individuals lives and nobody can tell why we should instead have these experiences. This then makes us make a list of might know about can do about this? Many people get stuck here, due to this question. You know yourself you don’t follow simple proven steps which basically is often a recipe for mental bondage that leads to the victim mindset.
What you decide on here will define the trail that you will follow. Lets take a good example. Perhaps you have felt like you were a victim associated with a circumstance? What follows that mindset is often a spiralling down into negative emotions you will start to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you happen to be down within the dumps? This is very typical to the majority of us, we’ve got areas were we are adamant that it is beyond our understanding, so it’s easier for all of us to help make the assumption that it is somebody’s fault, when you commence to consider like this commemorate you lose your management of what’s happening. Once you get because frame of mind or belief it’s very tough to come out of it, you will want something far more powerful than that frame of mind so that you can be free.
At this stage the majority are asleep, so that they must get up from their slumber. When you’re get up something changes, you feel alert to how we have already been playing small , are becoming a victim. Once you are alert to this you open a door on your perception to switch. Right onto your pathway to become positive starts here which experience is what I call a shift right into a new thought process. This transitioning time of transformation is usually slow but well worth the wait.
Everybody knows that transitioning generally is a challenging time as you are focusing on releasing the existing in order that the new can occur. The majority of us find change difficult to cope with as obviously we very often fight against any change, because we choose to sit and live in what we are informed about that’s otherwise referred to as rut. In the rut the majority of us we dwell there for very long periods, might know about don’t realise is that change will almost certainly happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it’s usually fine using the flow rather than resisting and fighting. That you should accept the modification and stay in flow with it you’ll want a confident thought of situations that you’re going through.
The most challenging question that lots of people ask is how to stay positive? Generally we are creatures of habit we find just changing something away from our usual pattern rather painful yet it’s consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience that usually brings greatest results.
