About Khasab, Musandam

Khasab, the administrative centre from the Musandam peninsula, is found 500 kilometers from Muscat and is dubbed the “Norway of Arabia”. Mighty jebels (mountains) rise in this unique and rugged locale. Aside from the beauty that lies over the waters, Musandam even offers a wealthy and colourful underwater world, teeming with varied marine life, providing spectacular snorkeling, Khasab Musandam Oman Diving and Khasab Musandam Oman fishing.

The breath-taking attractiveness of the lake, the unspoilt beaches and steep wadis (dry river beds) are aplenty around Khasab. Majestic fjords, dotted with islands and also the crystal clear waters shimmering in the sun in addition to historic Khasab Fort, Telegraph Island plus a large number of underwater adventures lead to a truly memorable holiday.
