Rates are placed by Pacific 8, having regard to factors such as the prevailing market rates, the loan, the character from the security provided, the loan terms and conditions, the identity of the Borrower (including loan servicing software and credit score) and other matters that Pacific 8 may consider relevant.With the experienced management available however, you’re assured of speedy approval and processing of your respective loan.
