What’s Water Jet cutting?
Cutting having a water jet strategy of engineering for cutting objects with all the energy from broadband, high density, ultra-high pressure water. The water is pressurized to a maximum 392 MPa (approximately 4,000 atmospheres) and projected from a small-bore nozzle (?0.1 mm).
Water that’s been pressurized by an ultrahigh-pressure pump reaches a speed approximately three times the rate of sound, making a water jet with destructive force.
Its applications are widespread, with many of its more familiar uses including cutting roof materials, dashboards and bumpers for automobiles. Cutting and demolition of concrete structures. Additionally it is used in cutting aircraft fuselages who use new materials.

No effects from heat
Cutting having a water jet is often a non-contact form of processing. No drills or other tools touch the item, so no heat is produced, and there’s simply no alteration on the object or modifications in color.
No limit on the objects that could be targeted
…Because cutting is completed by having an extremely small amount of ultrahigh-pressure water, there is little or no water around the cutting surface. Like with laser cutting, there aren’t any limits to target objects.
