Life Lessons – The Secret of Positive Understanding

For many years I had challenging times and I became driven to find out the things were happening if you ask me.


This became certainly one of my life’s greatest challenges. I had been so stuck in the victim mindset of why me, that we almost overlooked Motivation and tests that have been being presented before me. Little did I realize, that we is at preparation for my advancement. During those times it felt like I had been living in hell. The perception I had created of my experience then had not been great, I had been more tightly focused from the negative, packed with fear and seeking for somebody as well responsible and assume responsibilty.

Then one day I discovered that we had not been alone under-going challenging times, there where many others under-going tough experiences too. Even though their experiences were a lttle bit different to mine, these were still being challenged on the core, so this provided me with comfort realizing that the tough journey had not been only for me. For this reason understanding I began to present myself permission to recover from the victim mindset that had me in the mental prison for quite some time. The thing is that we all have to undergo some challenging times at different periods in our lives and nobody can tell why we have to have these experiences. This then makes us ask ourselves what we should can do about it? Most of the people find yourself in trouble here, for that reason question. You tell yourself that you do not get sound advice which basically can be a recipe for mental bondage that then leads to the victim mindset.

Everything you choose to do here will define the trail that you will follow. Lets take an example. Have you felt as if you were a target associated with a circumstance? What will happen that mindset can be a spiralling into negative emotions you will begin to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you happen to be down from the dumps? This is extremely common to the majority of us, we’ve areas were we have been adamant it’s beyond our understanding, so it is easier for all of us to really make the assumption it’s somebody’s fault, then when you start to believe this way commemorate you lose your handle of what is going on. Once you get for the reason that state of mind or belief it is quite hard to leave it, you will need something a lot more powerful than that state of mind so that you can be free.

At this stage the majority are asleep, so they must wake off their slumber. If you are wake something changes, you become aware of the method that you have been playing small , are becoming a target. Once you are aware of this you open a door to your perception to change. The journey to be positive starts here this also experience is exactly what I call a shift into a new thought process. This transitioning time of transformation is generally slow but definitely worth the wait.

We all know that transitioning is usually a challenging time when you are taking care of letting go of the previous so your new can set in. Most of us find change hard to take care of as naturally we often combat any change, because we prefer to sit and dwell in what we have been informed about that’s otherwise referred to as the comfortable zone. Inside the comfortable zone the majority of us we dwell there for days periods, what we should don’t realise is the fact that change is going to happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it will be usually fine using the flow instead of resisting and fighting. So that you can accept the change and stay in flow from it you need to have a confident understanding of situations that you are going through.

One of the most challenging question that numerous people ask is how to maintain positivity? Generally we have been creatures of habit look for just changing something away from our usual pattern rather painful yet it’s consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience very often brings greatest results.
