Mixing spirituality and religion can be an ancient practice. For reasons unknown, it is usually better to accept things when they come with the force of religion. Unfortunately, comparing spirituality and religion, is similar to comparing chalk and cheese! Should you read the above quote carefully, you will observe exactly what I am talking about. As stated above, religion is belief in somebody else’s experiences. Not one religion on earth, has its own basis on universal experiences. These folks were all founded about the experiences someone, who lived centuries and even millennia ago! When nobody contested the claims, it had been slowly converted into a law last but not least religion was born.
Spirituality however, is solely individual experience based. No two different people are exactly the same nor are their experiences. Hence spirituality can mean something else entirely to several people.
Till date, there is absolutely no fixed concept of amil baba. Only one thing is for certain. Spirituality emanates from within. It wouldn’t have no choice but, explained nor manipulated.
Renowned spiritual leader and yoga guru, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, gave the subsequent explanation when inquired on his opinion on spirituality:
“Spirituality does not mean any particular practice. It is just a certain means of being. To obtain there, there are lots of activities. That is as being a garden in your house. If the soil, sunlight or stem of the plant is in a certain style, it won’t yield flowers, you have to do something. You have to look after those ideas. If you cultivate one’s body, mind, emotions and energies into a certain degree of maturity, another thing blossoms in the human body – that maybe what spirituality is. As soon as your rationale is immature, it doubts everything. Once your rationale matures, it sees everything in a totally different light.”
As quoted by Sadhguru, spirituality can not be practiced. It is an experience you’re going through. Spirituality is often a journey, not only a destination. Each and every single experience you grow and grow an improved type of yourself. Spirituality could be knowledge and knowledge is power. If harnessed appropriately, spirituality is usually a potent force. It can take us from my ordinary existence for an extraordinary living.

There is a major myth that believing in God or any supernatural force, making you spiritual. This isn’t true in a sense. Because an atheist as well as a theist are certainly not different. One believes there is God, another believes there isn’t any God. Both of them are believing something they are not aware of.
Spirituality does not need you to definitely trust God. It needs self-belief. Belief in oneself, one’s potential and one’s being, is all required.
Spirituality can not be taught. One can learn Yoga and religion from a Guru. But spirituality is purely an individual experience. It can be something which should come to you personally whenever you align your head, body and soul.
Another myth is basically that you need to go to some mountain top or some waterfront as a way to use a spiritual experience. It can is not true. Think of it such as this.
Mountains appear to be a lovely experience, to the people that do not live in the middle of mountains. Ask individuals who live there, they will show you it can be nothing extraordinary! For them, the town maybe a spiritual experience!
Spirituality is the breaking with the barrier by you. It is about taken from this shell or walls you built around you and allowing the positivity on the planet to get in you.
