A program In Miracles teaches that everybody is God’s holy child. Many of us are equal. Even Jesus is our equal. ACIM teaches that this physical world we seem to be in was not manufactured by God, but is surely an illusion of our own making. This is a symbol of our false belief in separation. It is literally a dream were dreaming. Our obligation, while here in physical reality, is to accept this and learn the best way to prepare ourselves to get up to your Reality which is Christ. A program In Miracles teaches us that you have a Voice for God in your minds which is always conversing with us, telling us that we’re: unlimited, one wonderful life, eternal, and literally invulnerable. That Voice is the Holy Spirit. There is certainly another voice inside our minds that people constructed that lies to all of us and informs us we’re: limited, separate, mortal, and vulnerable. That voice will be the ego. A principal focus of ACIM is usually to teach us how to tell these voices apart. If we do this we should choose to pay attention to the Holy Spirit and trust the Holy Spirit’s counsel. We’re going to always hear the voice with the ego while here in the dream but we should not accept it’s guidance or counsel about anything. ACIM is not about the death with the ego, but wait, how to effectively connect with it.
Because we are actually dreaming the physical world and all things it, all of our many littermates are in that dream also. They’re behaving in the same way we have asked these to. As such, having grievances about the subject is a grievance about ourselves. Once we hold onto grievances we attack ourselves and now we feel: weak, vulnerable and have pain accordingly. A major area of the ACIM teaching is finding out how to rid yourself of our grievances. We do this by way of a practice of “complete forgiveness” that’s not the same as what’s usually called forgiveness on the planet. Complete forgiveness starts by our understanding that whatever is taking place, we have called for. We then provide our perceptions and thoughts about the reality of the grievance towards the Holy Spirit and ask for a fresh perception receive us. When the Holy Spirit provides this new perception we have to choose becoming ours. This is one way grievances are really release. Since our friends and family bring us these forgiveness lessons, our relationships are in reality our salvation. When not bringing us forgiveness and grievance lessons, are siblings impart us with opportunities to celebrate our joy and our eternal nature, thus strengthening our belief included. ACIM usually salvation through relationships.
A training course In Miracles features a strong target healing. We heal by recognizing the eternal Spirit in ourselves as well as in all of our littermates. We let Holy Spirit guide us in regards to what to perform from the physical world to manifest the healing of ourselves while others. Frequently this spiritual healing produces shifts in the appearance of physical reality – including shifts within the appearance of the health or sickness of our own body as well as the bodies of others. Sometimes this spiritual healing will not produce such shifts in appearance. We’re motivated to rely on the reality in the healing whatever the appearance of “symptoms.” The “miracle” may be the mental change in perception. It frequently has observable effects however, not always.
A Course In Miracles teaches us to get patient with our spiritual process of recovery and never to judge it by any means. We’ve no way of focusing on how far along were on the way.
